Bobretsky Nikolai

Born in 1843. in the village of Baltic Troyanke County Podolia. Initial education in Uman religious school, in 1857. transferred to the Kiev Theological Seminary, in 1862. enrolled in the University of St.. Vladimir on physical-mathematical faculty of the category of Natural Sciences, where he graduated from the course in 1866. with the degree of the candidate, after which he was retained by the Department of Zoology at the University for preparing for a professorship. In 1868, Mr.. Master passed the exam and became a laboratory assistant at zootomicheskoy laboratory at the same university. In 1869, Mr.. was seconded to the Crimea, who visited several times since, mainly engaged in the study of the Black Sea annelids. Within two years (since 1870) has lectured on zoology at public courses in the natural sciences. In 1871, Mr.. thesis entitled: "Saccocirus papillocircus n. gen. et sp., type a new family of annelids (Notes of the Kiev Society of Naturalists in 1871, t. II, Issue 2) and received a Master of Zoology, and in 1873 for his thesis "On the embryology of arthropods" ( "Notes of the Kiev Society of Naturalists, 1873, t. III, Issue 2) received a doctorate in zoology and was seconded for two years abroad, where he worked in Marseilles, Messina, C. Few and mostly in Naples. In 1876 - 1877 years of reading as a privat-docent mandatory course of zoology at the same university in 1877. appointed extraordinary professor. In addition to lectures on zoology and rukovoditelstva practical training at the University of Sts. Vladimir Bobretsky lectured in zoology at the University for Women.
