Vernadsky Ivan

Born in 1821. Kiev, here was a university student, was a teacher of Russian literature in school. In 1843, Mr.. I). In 1857, Mr.. Vernadsky was founded in St. Petersburg weekly magazine "Economic Index", which at one time enjoyed considerable success and stopped at the end of 1861, as an annex to a "pointer" out "Economist".
