Biography Nicholas VORONOV Kondratievich
Born (1871) in a peasant family. After secondary school, was arrested and placed under police surveillance. Later, he attended lectures in Vienna and Lvov universities. Back in 1897. in Russia, played in the Ukrainian troupes Kropivnitskogo, Saksaganskogo etc.. He lives in Kiev, Ukrainian participation in various publications, mostly in the newspaper "The council and the journal Literaturno-п?п°я?п?пЎп?п?п№ Vistnik". As a poet, he very kindly estimated Ukrainian criticism. In 1901, Mr.. Voronoy published in "Literaturno-п?п°я?п?пЎп?п?п? Vistnike" Open Letter "to the Ukrainian writers, . inviting them to participate in a literary anthology, . "who would be content and form, at least partly, could come close to the latest trends and directions in modern European literature", . Almanac "W over Chmar i Valley" appeared under the editorship of the Voronoi in Odessa in 1903, the modernism of the Voronoi and the majority of its staff was largely stilted. Militant aestheticism and the desire to modernism is not entirely typical of his talent. Most of all he good at small lyrical pieces elegiac mood. Easy owning verse, Voronoy successfully finds new musical forms and assimilated some features of Ukrainian poetry of Verlaine and Balmont. Voronoi poems on social issues affected prosaisms.
