Biography GLINKA Konstantin
(b. 1867). He graduated from the course at St. Petersburg University. He was a professor of soil science in Novo-Alexandria Institute of Agriculture and Forestry. Since 1908. in charge of soil research in the Asian part of Russia, organized the Resettlement Department, and was editor of the Proceedings of the soil expeditions in the Asian Russia ".
