Culvert Eugene E.

Born in 1841, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts. Presented his paintings: "The field after the harvest," "Swamp on the island of Ruegen" and "Sea coast" brought him the title of academician. In 1873, Mr.. for the picture: "View of the island Nargene" (the palace of Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich), the Academy awarded the title of professor. In the same year he received a professorship at the Dц?sseldorf Academy. Other prominent of his works: "Twilight on the island of Ruegen" (in the Berlin National Gallery), "After the Rain" (in the museum of St. Petersburg. Academy of Fine Arts), "Early morning on the Harz" (Berlin), "Herd on the beach" (in the Dresden Gallery), "Sunrise on the island of Ruegen" (ibid.), "Sunset" (the NN. Gartonga in St. Petersburg).
