Biography Koz'min Sergei Matveyevich
(1723 - 1788), who ascended the throne, appointed him to receive the petition. During her travels, she took him into the carriage with Count i.i. Orloff and favorite maid of honor, AV. Panina. Kozmina went through the hands of many things, and they are often advertised as the highest decision. They drafted a decree on Dec. 29, 1768 the opening Assignation Bank. Participated during a voyage along the Volga, in the translation of the empress and her retinue of "Belisarius" Marmontel. Through Kozmina Potemkin in 1774 Catherine II gave the letter, which requested the appointment of his aide-de-camp, and this began his "case". Koz'min translated "Experience the art of war" Count Tyurpina de Criss (Moscow, 1759) and several articles on law for undertaken in Moscow, under the editorship of Kheraskov, edition of the Encyclopedia of Translation ". Curiously his letter of acceptance in 1767 by Empress of Deputies Commission for a new Code ( "Russian Archive", 1867, page 361). - See. M.
