Margolin Moses Markovic

Born in 1862. Educated at St. Petersburg University (in the Faculty of Law). He was librarian of the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Finance. In 1904. was the actual editor of "Jewish Life". Edited Margolin came second, completely revised edition of "Small Encyclopedic Dictionary of Brockhaus - Ephron.
