Biography Dryden, John
(Dryden) (19.08.1631, 5:33, Oldvinkl, Northemptonshir - 1.05.1700, London) (author of comedies and heroic dramas), "father" of British art criticism. The biggest piece of British literature in the late XVII. D. was a talented amateur astronomer. To this day remain a testament to how skillful astrologer, he was. It is known that D. predicted (and, unfortunately, correct) the death of his son from drowning. He also identified the time and cause of his death and died of inflammation of the feet, as had been predicted by them.
