(full name - Eugene Maria Gustav Ad.K.Herbert, Freiherr von Klö²ckler von Veldegg U. Mö?nchenstein) (26.04.1896, 9:43 MET, Mittelshtradam - 1950) -- In 1915-19 he. participated in the First World War, reaching the rank of lieutenant. After demobilization he studied medicine (1919-23 gg.), But was unable to finish graduate education because of monetary inflation 1922-23 gg., Leaving him penniless. He became a professional astrologer, consultant, lecturer and author of astrological books in Leipzig. In 1925, Mr.. began publishing astrological magazine "Sterne und Mensch" (Leipzig, Dresden, publishing "Astra"), quickly became popular, and continue as editor until February 1935. He critically examined the situation of traditional astrology and sought to free from the occult astrology, bridging it with the psychology and the natural sciences. K. brought cosmic connection with biological, psychological and sociological elements in a clear and understandable form. K. - One of the most outstanding figures of twentieth century science of astrology. He owns a number of books on astrology, in t.ch. fundamental three-volume Course of Astrology "(1926-29), sets a new standard for astrological works.
