Efremenko Blyukher

(1913, Pochinkovsky district of Smolensk Province .- 29.IV. 1989, Smolensk)
Having received no education (it is limited to elementary school) and not working organizations (museums, archives, libraries, etc.) conducive to his hobbies, E. devoted his life to collecting documents, photographs, books, things on the history of the Smolensk region, honorable people (not only Smolyan), etc.. As part of its collection of rare books, autographs of artists, theatrical posters, household items, documents, etc., some of which he exhibited in libraries, museums, institutes, etc.. institutions, mainly in the anniversary date. After the death of E. significant part of his collection ended up in Smolensk reserve museum.
