From 1920 to 1930. worked at the Department of Pathophysiology of the Kiev Medical Institute. Since December 1932. to 1941 - Head of the Department of Pathophysiology of the Smolensk Medical Institute. In 1941 he was evacuated to the Soviet rear, working in Izhevsk Medical Institute in the position of Head. Department of Pathophysiology until 1944. After the liberation of Smolensk from the German occupation of Smolensk Medical Institute has been restored, Professor. N. returned to the institute and chair of the pathophysiology.
