Born February 19, 1919 in the city of Voronezh region Borisoglebsk now in a working class family. Russian. Member of the CPSU since 1951. In 1935 he graduated from the College of Agriculture Mechanization. He worked in the machine shop. In the Red Army from 1939. In 1941 he graduated from Borisoglebsk military aviation school pilots.
In the army from June 1942. Lieutenant Evseev EA. October 25, 1942 ram blow knocked Nazi aircraft.
. By December 1942 carried out 152 armed sorties, 37 air combat 6 and knocked himself in the group 1 enemy aircraft.
