In the army since 1923. In 1927 he graduated from the Military Academy named the Central Executive Committee, in 1935 Б? refresher commanders at the Higher School of the NKVD Border. Since 1935 Б? lecturer, head of the department of military disciplines, Deputy Chief of the High Frontier School of Studies. In 1939 he graduated from the Military Academy of Frunze.

Commander 69 th Infantry Division (Central Front). In August 1943 the division after elaborate preparations roll crossed the valley of death Б??
