P akutin Konstantin - komanduyushy 24 th Army (Front Army Reserve), Major-General. Born May 21, 1902 in the village of New now Vadskogo district of Nizhny Novgorod Region. Russian. He graduated from a technical school, worked in the Nizhnii executive committee accountant.
