Piskarev Vladimir

Born in 1962 in Kazan. Studied in Cheboksary Institute of art and graphics, an internship in the creative workshop of painting Russia Academy of Arts under the direction of X. Yakupova.

Since 1991, participates in the city and area exhibitions. Since 1996, is exhibited in Hannover (Germany).
