From 16.01.1928 to 30.03.31 Commissar of Post and Telegraphs, USSR. On 30.3.1931 Deputy. Commissar of the Workers 'and Peasants' Inspection of the USSR, while in 1931-34 a member of the Presidium of the CCC and in July 1931 - May 1934 before. Committee on inventions in the Soviet Union Station. On Feb.. 1934 Deputy. prev. from 28.04.1935 before. Soviet Control Commission in SNK and vice. prev. SNK and STO USSR. 21/06/1937 Arrested. 28/07/1938 sentenced to death. Shot. In 1956, rehabilitated and restored in the party.
