BERMAN Matthew Davidovich

Matthew Berman Davidovich (10.04.1898, d Andrianovka County Transbaikalian Chita region - 07.03.1939), statesman, one of the founders of the Gulag, the Commissioner of State Security 3rd Rank (29.11.1935).
