Mezhlauk Ivan Ivanovich (30.9.1891, Kharkiv - 25.4.1938), party and state leaders. The son of a teacher, Brother VI. Mezhlauk. Educated in history and philology (1912) and Law (1916) Faculty of Kharkov University. In 1911 he joined the revolutionary movement. Revolutionary Tribunal in Kharkov. One of the organizers of the revolutionary terror in the Ukraine. Since April. 1918 Secretary of the Board of Kazan, the battalion commissar. Since June of Kazan, a provincial commissar and a member of the Provincial Committee of the RCP (b). In August-December. 1918 Commissar of the Volga Military District.
