Osinskij H. (real name - Lobanov Obolensky) (25.3.1887, village Beklemisheva Bulls Lgovskiy County Kursk province - 1.9.1938), the party and statesman, academician of the USSR (1932), academician of Academy of Agricultural Sciences (1935).
