Biography Moeller van den Bruck (Moeller van den Bruck)
Moeller van den Bruck, Arthur (Moeller van den Bruck), (1876-1925), leader of the young revolutionaries - the Conservatives in the Weimar Republic, one of the intellectual forerunners of Hitler and Nazism. Born April 23, 1876 in Solingen. Historian and critic, he was one of the founders of the June club in Berlin and its ideological leader from 1915 to 1925. As an opponent of democracy, attached particular importance to the "mysticism of the national idea" and called for a "new consciousness germanskomu". He also was a staunch opponent of communism. In neighboring Germany to the States he did not see anything but "mad quest for equality", which he believed would lead to an absurd world. Not wanting to admit the existence of the international order, he had anticipated Hitler in his contempt for international law.

Sympathetic racial doctrine, Moeller called on Germans to support the theory of the superiority of the Nordic race. The future, he said, lies entirely in the alliance between Prussia and Germany. "True Revolution" should restore the eternal values of the Reich. He called on compatriots to return to the essence of primitive and classical times and to demonstrate their contempt for Western rationalism. He asked them to relate themselves fully with the living Volkstum - a kind of mystical union, in which every German feel "national rhythm". Germany, he said, should become an authoritarian state with a fully centralized, controlled and planned economies. All these ideas were set out in the main work of Muller's "Third Reich", published in 1923, two years before the suicide of the author. Hitler was deeply imbued with the ideas of Muller and believed himself able to put them into practice.
