BOLDUMAN, MICHAEL Panteleimonovich (1898-1983), Russian actor. People's Artist of USSR (1965). Born July 12, 1898 in Art. Izrailovka Mogilev Province. Scenic activity began in Zhmerynka (Vinnitsa region). 1923. In 1924-1931 was the prime Kiev Russian Drama Theater. He played the role Satin ( "The Lower Depths" Gorky), The Cat (Love Yarovaya K. Trenev), Iago (Otello) and King ( "Hamlet" by Shakespeare). After playing two seasons at the theater Korsch in Moscow, when it closed in 1933 was transferred to the Moscow Art Theater. The first three seasons playing minor roles (Sysoy Pafnutevich in "Dead Souls" by Gogol, chief conductor of the "Talents and admirers" by Alexander Ostrovsky, etc.).
