Ivanov, Anatoly Stepanovich (1928-1999), Russian writer. Born May 5, 1928 in s.Shemoniha East Kazakhstan region. In 1946-1950 he studied at the Faculty of Journalism of the Kazakh State University. Kirov. As a journalist published since 1948, worked in the newspaper 'Irtysh Pravda (Semipalatinsk), served in the Army, then was the editor of the regional newspaper' banner of Lenin '(Novosibirsk region)..

First published fiction Ivanova - stories of "Rain" (1954) and "Alkynes Song" (1956; the same name and the accompanying book of short stories, drama, 1964; opera libretto, 1967; TV movie, 1973).
