Shalvovich Bulat Okudzhava (1924 - 1997), poet, prose writer.
Born May 9 in Moscow in the family party worker, repressed in 1937, when his son was 7 years old. He went to school and graduated in 1941.
In 1942 Okudjava volunteer goes to the front, was wounded and then discharged. The first poem was written on the front - - "We in the cold supply trucks could not sleep" (1943). His songs so he began writing in 1950.
After the war he graduated from the Tbilisi University, philological department (1950). He worked as a teacher in the Kaluga region, which appeared his first book of poems "Lyrics" (1956).
. In 1956, after the rehabilitation of the parents, returned to Moscow.
