Biography Makdayarmidan Ian (McDiarmid)
Ian Makdayarmid was born April 17, 1947 in the Scottish city of Dundee (from other sources - in Karnostae) (UK). Theater he was fascinated from a young age. He studied social sciences at the University of St. Andrew, but, having decided that his career as a psychologist is not for him, Makdayarmid embarked on an acting path. Attend courses at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, he began playing in various troupes of Scotland and England and eventually came to the scene of the Royal Shakespeare. Among his theatrical works a number of roles in the plays classical and contemporary repertoire - "Smith", "Tartuffe," "Henry V", "Danton," "The Merchant of Venice", "Peer Gynt", "The Raft of 'Medusa'," "Edward II ".
