Andrew IZMAILOV Narimanovich

Born in Baku. He graduated from the journalism faculty at LSU in 1981. Worked on dezaktivatorschikom SELA litkonsultantom in the House of writers, journalists. The literary debut - the story "a matter of principle" in The Baltic beam (g.Lomonosovsk) in 1977. Since 1979 - Member of the Leningrad seminar fiction writers under the guidance of Boris Strugatsky. Most gained fame in the late 1980's as the author of intelligent thrillers.
