Biography Jan de Bont
Bont (Bont), Jan de (p. 22. 10. 1943), Dutch and American operator and director.
He was born in Eindhoven in the south of Holland. Was the tenth child of a wholesaler. In 12 years, Jan acquired the 8-millimeter camera and began to shoot weddings and other celebrations. At home, he showed the 16-millimeter films, which often took the rent, he loved photography and loved to race motorcycles. Later, he withdrew as an operator in P.
