Zhukovsky, Alexander Ivanovich

He graduated from Union Correspondence Law Institutes. Before his election to the State Duma was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank "Voenkombank (r. Moscow), the general sponsor of Special Olympics for handicapped children.
