Biography Vallon (Wallon) Henry
(15.06.1879, Paris - 1962) - French psychologist, teacher. Received philosophical and medical education. He started his career as a psychiatrist. Then he turned to the study of the genesis of mental. Knowledge viewed as being closely linked with the actions, as reflected in his book 'From action to thought' (1942). Proposed a scheme for stages of ontogenetic development on the basis of emotional and cognitive development.
