Semyon A. Kheifets

Born in 1925. Receiving a certificate of completion with honors from the school in the besieged Leningrad in 1942, a 16-year-old boy ran to the front and immediately got into the thick of the Battle of Stalingrad. First, an infantryman, then commander of the self-propelled guns of the legendary Taman Guards Armored Division passed through the war. He was awarded numerous military decorations and medals. From 1945 to 1950, continuing the military service, both with honors from the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Law. After that, almost 8 years working in the Prosecutor's Office, where he acquired fame as a brilliant expert in criminal law and procedure and as an exceptionally talented orator. In 1958, Semyon Alexandrovich came to Leningrad Bar and from the first steps in his new role has earned the respect of colleagues and clients' recognition
