Khitan Vladimir

Born 05 п°п©я€п?п?я? 1948 in Leningrad in a family of military. His working career began in 1966 in the CSF Liftremmontazh fitters. In 1972 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aircraft Instrumentation, specialty electrical and mechanical engineer.
He worked as a fitter of radio equipment, engineer, designer. Since 1977 he has been working in the postal service of our city - in the beginning of the electromechanical department head post office, then the chief engineer, chief Smolninsky site postal services. Since 1989 - deputy head, and since 1998 - head of the Office of the Federal Postal Service St Petersburg.
In the period of employment Vladimir Kidanov was marked sixty thanked, in 1995 he was awarded the high title of "Master of Communications"
