TRAPITSINA Olga

Born in Krasnodar in 1966. In 1989 she graduated from the Kuban State University, Faculty of Arts and Technology Graphic. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1995. Participant urban boundary, zone and international exhibitions.

Criticism

Trapitsina operates mainly in the genre of still life. In a relatively short period it has done several graphic series. This genre has become enormously popular in the Krasnodar artistic environment due to several reasons, one of them is the inherent desire of southerners to savor the world of things.
Olga Trapitsina fell into the common cultural stream through the happy union of their professional skills with the general requirement of time. Inherent concrete, realistic thinking directs it to the literal identification of the expressive possibilities of various items. Things in the works of the artist as a re-made, created.
