Biography Alexey Beletsky
(1840 - 1907). The son of a priest of the Novgorod diocese, Master of St. Petersburg Theological Academy, Beletsky was director of Polotsk Teachers' Seminary, Vilna district inspector of school district and 1889. - Assistant curator of the same Vilna Educational District.
