Biography Belousov Nicholas G.
Born in 1799. in Kiev, he studied at the Theological Academy in Kiev and Kharkov University, in 1820, Mr.. identified was the youngest professor of law at high school science Prince Bezborodko (in Nizhin), where he taught Roman law, and in 1826. opened the teaching of natural law, as a preliminary course, which lasted no more than two months. But even in this short time Belousov, reviews of his students managed to make them familiar with the history of philosophy and the origins of natural law and thus give them a basis for further self-study. No less grateful memories he left in his students and as inspector. But with their fellow professors Belousov, distinguished, apparently, boundless self-esteem, did not get. There appeared intrigue and strife, which was a consequence of a denunciation of another professor of jurisprudence, M.V. Bilevicha, accusing Belousova laxity in boarders, a free-thinking and perverse persuasions lectures natural law. Assigned been investigated and in 1830, Mr.. Belousov was removed from office.
