Biography Belousov Nicholas G.
Born in 1799. in Kiev, he studied at the Theological Academy in Kiev and Kharkov University, in 1820, Mr.. identified was the youngest professor of law at high school science Prince Bezborodko (in Nizhin), where he taught Roman law, and in 1826. opened the teaching of natural law, as a preliminary course, which lasted no more than two months.
