Biography Bonshtedt Ludwig (Bohnctedt)
(1822 - 1885), was born in St. Petersburg, was brought up in the Peter and Paul School and then attended lectures in Berlin. Having lived some time in Italy, Bonshtedt returned to St. Petersburg, where he earned a place the chief architect and board member at the department of water and land communications, and in 1858. a professorship at the Academy of Fine Arts.
