Biography Borzenko Alexander
Born in 1847, graduated from the course at Moscow State University, he read civil and commercial law in the Demidov Lyceum. From 1884 to 1891 years was a contributor to the Moscow News "on the legal department. A barrister in Moscow, then legal adviser to the Odessa offices of the state bank. Its main works: "The Russian civil law. Introduction "(Yaroslavl, 1875)," Personality, public property "(Yaroslavl, 1881)," Civil limitations of railway undertakings (h. I - "Property Law", Yaroslavl, 1881; h. II - Master's thesis - "The concession of railway right", Moscow, 1883), "Materials issues for rail" (Yaroslavl, 1881), "Industrial Property" (Odessa, 1893), "Protest bill of exchange" (1895).
