Biography Budagov Lazar Z.
(died 1878), a native Armenian. He studied at the Astrakhan school, he attended lectures in Moscow and Kazan, where he graduated from the course of 3 years was professor of Persian and Tatar languages in the Tiflis Gymnasium, from 1845 to 1870. was an assistant professor of St. Petersburg University on the faculty of the Tatar language (aderbeydzhanskogo adverbs).
