Vagin Vsevolod Ivanovich

(1823 - 1900). A parochial teacher, and then held various positions in Siberia, leaving retired, worked the bar and was in many local as the Siberian, and general periodicals; at one time was editor of the Bulletin of the Siberian "; from 1874 to 1877. published and edited a newspaper, "Siberia", which in 1888. been replaced by "Eastern Review" NM. Yadrintseva; Vagilevich joined the new edition. Written numerous articles of the various types of content, mostly in Siberia and its needs. Separately issued a valuable work: "The historical information on the activities of Count Speransky in Siberia" (St. Petersburg, 1872).
