Biography Vernander Aleksandr Petrovich
Born in 1844, higher education in the Mykolayiv Academy of Engineering. Consisted teacher Nicholas Engineering Academy and College. During the Russian-Turkish war of 1877 - 78 years participated in the engineering works on the south bank of the Danube at Branlova, in the Dobrudja and in other places.
