Biography Petrov, Ivan
1828 - 1897) Master of the Kiev Theological Academy, was an inspector sf. Theological Academy. In 1865, Mr.. Vladimir was appointed head of the Altai Spiritual Mission. In 1880, Mr.. Vladimir consecrated Bishop of Biisk, vicar of the diocese of Tomsk, in 1883, Mr.. appointed Bishop of Tomsk, in three years - Nizhny Novgorod and, finally, in 1892, Mr.. - Archbishop of Kazan.
