Biography Glinka Dmitriy G.
(1808 - 1883) was the secretary of the Russian embassy in London, from 1857. Emergency Envoy in Rio de Janeiro, and from 1871. before his death - in Lisbon. Glinka published "Esquisse d'une theorie du droit naturel" (Berlin, . 1832) and "La philosophie du droit ou explication des rapports sociaux" (Paris, . 1842), 4 edition of this book appeared under the title: "La science de la societe humaine" (Paris, . 1867) and translated into Russian P.A,

The main feature of the social theory Glinka is, . he does not identify the right idea with the idea of freedom, . as do the German metaphysics, . and does not consider the right to force, . but strictly separates these two ideas, . that, . according to Glinka, . manage all public relations, . are in constant struggle with each other and come in various combinations,
