Biography Gotman Andrey Danilovich
Occurred from an English family. Young man of twenty enrolled in 1810, Mr.. in the newly opened Institute of Communications. He participated in the construction of many monumental buildings of St. Petersburg (St. Isaac's Cathedral, the resumption of the burnt of the Winter Palace, Anichkov Bridge, Nicholas Bridge, St. Petersburg arsenal, the buildings of the Ministry of Finance, etc.).
