Biography Gredeskul Nikolai Andreevich
Born in 1864, . was a professor and dean of the law faculty of Kharkov University, wrote: "The doctrine of the implementation of the law" (Kharkov, . 1900), "Recent issues of law" (1906), "Law and Economics" (1906), "Essays on the Theory of Civil Procedure" (in "Proceedings of St. Petersburg,
. Polytechnic Institute ", t. XIII, 1906). In all his works and especially in the lecture "Marxism and idealism" (Kharkov, 1905) Gredeskul advocate of idealism and a determined opponent of economic materialism. In 1905, Mr.. Gredeskul was editor of the Kharkov newspaper "Mir", which in December 1905. was banned; Gredeskul was arrested and exiled to Arkhangelsk province. Absentia he was elected to the State Duma, thus he was able to return from the Arkhangelsk province. As early as October 1905. one of the founders of the Constitutional Democratic Party, he and the Duma belonged to the latter, was elected vice-chairman of the State Duma. After the dissolution of the Duma Gredeskul participated in the development of the Vyborg Manifesto, and served a three-month conclusion. Thereafter he was a professor of the Petersburg Polytechnic, working in the newspaper Speech, the journal "Russian Thought" etc.
