Biography Deribas Osip Mikhailovich
(1749 - 1800), a native of Naples. At the invitation of Count Orlov-Chesmensky in 1772. came to Russia and joined a volunteer in the Black Sea Fleet. During the second war with the Turks, he captured, along with Lt. Col.
