Biography Zagoskin Mikhail
(1830 - 1904).
He graduated from the course in the Kazan Theological Academy. He was an inspector of classes in the Irkutsk military and technical schools; editor of the newspaper "Siberia" and "Cupid" as well as the publication of the East-Siberian Department of the Geographical Society. His works: "The life of the villagers of the Irkutsk district" ( "Irkutsk Provincial Gazette 1857 - 1858.), The beginning of the novel of the life of the seminary in the collection of the newspaper" Siberia "(St. Petersburg, . 1876), and several sketches of rural life in the collections of "Eastern Review", a long series of articles on peasants' needs in the newspapers: "Siberia" and "Eastern Review", a detailed description of the economic relations, and legal practices of one community in the memorandum book of the Irkutsk province on 1891,
