Biography Iosseliani Plato Ignatievich

After graduating from the course in St. Petersburg. Theological Academy, was a teacher of physics and philosophy in the Tiflis Theological Seminary, and later was an official for special assignments in the Caucasian viceroy. In 1838, Mr.. Imperial Academy of Sciences and the Synod instructed Iosseliani analysis of ancient historical acts (gudzharov) collected at the Georgian Committee of the Synod. Proceedings Iosseliani published in the Journal of the Ministry of National Education "(1842)," Journal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "(1844)," Caucasus, "Caucasian Calendar" and several other local publications. In 1880, Mr.. Georgian magazine "Iberia" was placed posthumous work Iosseliani "The last Georgian king George". From 1845 to 1855. Iosseliani was editor of the Transcaucasian Messenger. - See.
