Biography Koppen Vladimir Petrovich
son of Peter KцІppen (see). Born in 1844. He graduated from the course at St. Petersburg University. He was Secretary of the meteorological committee of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society, and then enlisted in Germany's naval observatory in Hamburg (Deutsche Seewarte).
