Biography Kokoshkin Fyodor (Lawyer)
Born in 1871, graduated from the course at Moscow University. Was assistant professor at the same university in the department of public law and a member of the Moscow province Zemstvo. Actively participated in the movement 1904 - 1905 period, was a member of the Union of Liberation ", and later the Constitutional Democratic Party. As I was elected to the State Duma from the city of Moscow. In signing the Vyborg Manifesto, was sentenced to 3 months' imprisonment and expelled from the nobility and therefore lost the right to participate in the Duma and district elections.
