Biography King Philip N.
(1821 - 1894). He graduated from the course at the Kharkov University in the department of Mathematical Sciences Physics and Mathematics Faculty. Served in the former Institute Gorygoretskom the agricultural department of practical mechanics and building art, then was an inspector of classes of the Moscow Technical College and director of the gymnasium in Moscow. In 1869, he was able to initiate the first female rates in Moscow, nicknamed Lubyansky. In 1870, King became the head of Peter's Agricultural Academy. In 1876 he was appointed a member of the Board of the Ministry of State Property. 15 years in a row was the Chairman II (Technical), Office of Free Economic Society.
