Biography Leshkov Vasiliy
(1810 - 1881). He graduated from the course in the Main Pedagogical Institute, in Berlin listening Savigny, Gefter, Ranke. Consisted professor of police (or, as called him Leshkov, public) law at Moscow University. In his scientific activity, . animated humane and idealistic conception of history, . Leshkov played an ardent supporter of the community, . government and amateur, . seeing in them the basic features of the Russian people, . only muffled government regulation of Peter the Great,
. Leshkov believed that "no guardianship or patronatstvo state over individuals, and private interaction with the general problem of public law". LiveJournal Leshkov responded sympathetically to judicial and land reform. With his close participation emerged Moscow Law Society, whose chairman Leshkov was from 1865 to 1880. By thinking Leshkova was convened the first - and so far only - Congress of Russian Lawyers (1875).
