Biography Makarov, Mikhail A.
(1827 - 1873). Received artistic training in Kiev, under the leadership Beretti, entered the Academy of Fine Arts, where his mentors were a. Stackenschneider and T. . They drafted a lot of architectural projects and buildings made of his service to the Guardian Council, the building commission under Immediate Office IV E. I. V. Office and in the economic construction of the Petrograd City Commission. The most successful product Makarova may be building Petrograd Commercial College (in Chernyshevsky Lane). For this building and the house Lopatin Makarov received the title of professor.
